Robert J. Knourek, Managing Director, RK Consulting
Robert J. Knourek is a software industry executive with 30 years of experience in middleware, messaging and financial services technology. He is currently a Managing Director of RK Consulting, a firm which provides advisory and consulting services for technology startups. Formerly, Knourek was President of Reuters Retail Solutions.
He was with TIBCO Financial Technologies for over nine years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Engineering Operations. Knourek was formally on the boards of Vhayu Technologies, Clearstream, Black Pearl, and Realty Online and the advisory board of Lipper, Inc.
Knourek holds a B.S. in mathematics and an M.S. in Statistics from the University of Illinois.
Gerry Mintz, Managing Partner, Percepta Partners
Gerry Mintz is a business leader with over 25 years of experience in the B2B information services and enterprise software industries; he works primarily but not exclusively in the financial services markets. Currently he is the Managing Partner at Percepta Partners LLC, an advisory firm which focuses on developing and implementing product/market strategies in the information/software domain.
Mintz was CEO of PerTrac Financial Solutions, the leading global supplier of analytical and workflow software in the global alternative investments market. Prior to PerTrac, he held senior leadership positions as President of Executive Programs at Gartner, Inc., Executive Vice President at Reuters, Inc., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fame Information Services, Inc., and various senior executive positions at Thomson Financial.
Dr. Mintz was awarded a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Biomedical) from the University of Toronto. He currently serves on the advisory board of Milestone Venture Partners.
